Bionic design and performance test of maize grain cleaning screen through earthworm motion characteristics

چکیده

The maize mixture feeding with a large mass cannot be migrated backward rapidly along the planar reciprocating vibrating screen, and it is easy to accumulate in front of which leads decrease screening efficiency. Based on reverse engineering technology, using wavy geometry formed during earthworm (Pheretima guillelmi) moving as bionic prototype, screen was designed make migrate screen. contour curve earthworm’s head an axial contracted state extracted fitted obtain its equation. difference concave position lower surface’s moving, motion divided into four postures, conversion between different postures realized by cam drive mechanism. kinematics simulation carried out through ADAMS, displacement velocity were analyzed.
